Casos de acoso laboral: sin anonimatoWorkplace harassment: no anonymity

Conforme a la Resolución MTESS N° 195/2026 y su modificatoria N° 564/2026, las denuncias de discriminación, violencia o acoso laboral no admiten anonimato: deben identificar a la persona denunciante, cuya identidad será tratada con estricta confidencialidad. Además, la vía interna y la vía ante el MTESS son excluyentes entre sí. Under MTESS Resolution No. 195/2026 and its amendment No. 564/2026, reports of discrimination, violence or workplace harassment cannot be anonymous: they must identify the reporting person, whose identity will be treated with strict confidentiality. In addition, the internal route and the route before the MTESS are mutually exclusive.

Si la denuncia involucra al Responsable de la Política, puede presentarse directamente ante la Dirección del Estudio; si involucra al titular del estudio, deberá canalizarse directamente ante el Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social (MTESS). If the report concerns the Policy Officer, it may be submitted directly to the firm's Management; if it concerns the firm's principal, it must be filed directly with the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security (MTESS).
